An individual plan for assistance and daily activities is developed for each tenant using a team approach that includes the tenant, family members, and our staff. 0ak View Estates tenants also enjoy the convenience and peace of mind of having Oakview Nursing Home, right on the same property as Oak Estates. In fact, if a resident of Oak Estates has a spouse, loved one or friend who resides at Oakview they can go to visit them without even having to go outside or leave the property because the two facilities are connected.
