We are the right place for seniors who need skilled nursing, rehab and long-term care. We are a unique care center offering private, spacious, and clean rooms. Our community of Conrad and the surrounding areas are very involved with our activities and the individual residents themselves. We have extremely compassionate staff committed to caring for their residents, the community, and for each other. From staff to residents and from actions to attitudes, it’s a place where residents continue to embrace life.

Oakview Nursing Home is on the same property as Oak Estates. In fact, if a resident of Oakview Nursing Home has a spouse, loved one or friend who resides at Oak Estates they can be visited by their spouse without their spouse even having to go outside!
